Goal 4: The library embraces and promotes Durham'c cultural heritage, thereby contributing to a vibrant community.
4.1: By 6/30/10, use of the library by English-language learners will increase by 200%--based on data to be collected in 2008.
What are some strategies we have for this?
A. Obtain language demographic trends
B. Reallocate collection budget to increase world language collection with a focus on Hispanic collection in all formats.
C. Implement language training program for staff.
D. Provide signage in other languages
